· Contracted by Tchap IT (3 contracts) – 18 months. Helped with a competitor acquisition – from the due diligence to full integration. Created the company’s 5 year strategic growth plan. Reduced the company’s costs by using open source technologies. Setup the company’s server virtualisation platform using Xen.
· Contracted by EDF (2 contracts) – 6 months. Reorganised a 30 people division and created technical specifications for a data collection and management tool.
· Contracted by Mindscape (1 contract) – 4 months. Consumer-facing technology company. Analysis of market trends for recently acquired product line (Nabaztag).
