Strategy Consultant and Founder
- Contracted by Tchap IT. Researched, analysed and valued competitors in the graphical design market to find a suitable acquisition for a given price bracket. Created a merger plan and oversaw the integration of the acquisition over 6 months in terms of client transfer and new service offering.
- Contracted by Nextland CEO. Conducted sector research (RFID in France) and screened companies under administration that had the potential for a turnaround.
- Led the (unsuccessful) takeover bid of technology company ‘Violet’ (owner of Nabaztag). Raised €170 through crowdfunding, developed PR around the movement and created a restructuration plan.
- Contracted by Mindscape. Created a product strategy plan for their acquisition (Violet) and developed a community-based support website.
- Contracted by EDF. Audited a 30 people division and created a recommendation for reorganisation. Created technical specifications for the development of a data collection tool.
- Misc: Volunteer at the Keiretsu Forum to help with company screening. Co-organiser of ‘Paris StartupWeekend’ sponsored by Sun, Orange Business Service & Mappy.

Strategy Consultant
- Worked as the only analyst on a due diligence for Warburg Pincus. Analysed the CHO market and top companies within the market (key differentiators, financial data) and carried out modelling.
- Created a financial model valuing a subprime CDO portfolio given different projected market conditions from Bloomberg.
- Supervised the implementation of the technology-related aspect of an Operational Efficiency plan at Société Générale.
